Appointments can be scheduled by calling 613-917-2665, or by using the online booking facility on our website. When you can not find a suitable date online, please ring our front desk to check for a same day appointment slot or cancellation slot.

As a reminder, and in adherence to our safety guidelines, we do not accept appointment requests via email.

In case of a medical emergency, you must attend the nearest Emergency room as soon as possible.

Please do not use regular online appointments booking for same day requests or urgent problems; this will cause unsafe delay.

Ring the front desk to request sameday appointments for regular hours.

Prescription refills require a booked appointment - physical or virtual (otherwise it is an uninsured service). Starting Feb 1, 2025, we will charge $30 for faxed prescription refills/renewals requests without a booked appointment (physical or virtual).

Please be advised that prescription requests made by pharmacies on your behalf, outside of the above conditions will not be acknowledged.

We offer walk-in service to our rostered patients and their immediate family members only. Starting Sep 1 2025, our walk-in hours are 5pm - 7pm daily (except Fridays).

Endeavor to ring ahead to check availability before setting out.

We require at least a 24hr notice to cancel an appointment or will be subject to a cancellation fee. Someone else might need that appointment slot.

To cancel your appointment, please call us on (613)-917-BOOK.

Please note that missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will incur a $50 charge.

Filling medical forms require an appointment unless advised otherwise by our team.

Please be informed that we have a zero tolerance policy to all forms of aggressive behaviour within our facility.

Be considerate in your expression of frustration; life can be tough for others too.

Aggressors will be immediately derostered.
