Public Health has advised we will not be able to get OHIP-funded vaccines stock for our patients until at least 3-4weeks ie till Mid September 2025 due to prior inspection and approval obligations. Our patients are thus advised to get their vaccination done at EOHU (East Ontario Health Unit) beside Winchester Hospital ie

Appointments can be scheduled by calling 613-917-2665, or by using the online booking facility on our website. When you can not find a suitable date online, please ring our front desk to check for a same day appointment slot or cancellation slot.

As a reminder, and in adherence to our safety guidelines, we do not accept appointment requests via email.

In case of a medical emergency, you must attend the nearest Emergency room as soon as possible.

Please do not use online appointments system for sameday requests or urgent problems; this will cause unsafe delay. Ring the front desk to request same day appointments.

We offer walk-in service to our rostered patients and their immediate family members only. Our walk-in hours are 5pm - 7pm daily (except Fridays). Endeavor to ring ahead to check availability before setting out.

Prescription refills require a booked appointment - physical or virtual (otherwise it is an uninsured service). Starting Feb 1, 2025, we will charge $20 for faxed prescription refills/renewals requests without an appointment.

Please be advised that prescription requests made by pharmacies on your behalf, outside of the above conditions will not be acknowledged. Thanks for your cooperation.

Those who wish to leave our patient roster should inform us - to cancel the rostering consent/agreement and for electronic medical data management.

For those who wish to remain on Dr Enahoro's roster, you do not need to do anything.

Online appointment booking will remain via the same succesful process ie via OceanMD link.

We require at least a 24hr notice to cancel an appointment or will be subject to a cancellation fee. Someone else might need that appointment slot.

Please note that missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will incur a $50 charge.

Filling medical forms require an appointment unless advised otherwise by our team.

We will consider rostering new (unattached and local) patients determined by our capacity and subject to a satisfactory initial Meet & Greet. This window will be announced before December 2025 on our website and to those already promised same ie relatives of currently rostered patients within/around the K0C area only.

Please do not send emails asking about a wait list, we have no open wait list.
